Storytelling

I firmly believe that we can only reach people with our messages when we engage them on an emotional level with relevance and authenticity. Empty phrases and platitudes have no place here.

execution

Before a project "dies in beauty," I prefer to approach problems with healthy pragmatism. I keep reporting and colorful presentations to a necessary minimum, focusing instead on implementing concepts successfully with heart and mind.

Team

I join my clients as an advisor and sparring partner at eye level. Respectful and professional interaction is crucial to me. My best experiences have been when I can contribute as part of the team.

Having worked in communication teams on the corporate side for many years, I know how important internal resources are. Therefore, I aim to support, if desired, by sharing knowledge to enable the effective use of (new) communication tools.
